Energy Disperse X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer
This equipment supports for the analyses of the hazardous metals
and substances controlled by the European Union WEEE/RoHS and ELV
directives and it enables the simple, rapid analysis of resins,
metals, oxides, and liquids at the ppm level without pretreatmentf
and enables quick response to customers. |

Microfocus X-ray Television System
This machine provides high-magnification nondestructive fluoroscopic
examinations of junction conditions (disconnect, contact) of ultra-micro
parts on high-density PCB or Cross sectional view of electronic
devices.
