The low frequency transformers incorporate the iron core mainly.
Tabuchi made the lamination core stamping operation at the inception
of the corporation and have been manufacturing since then. In 1940,
Tabuchi manufactured the pole top transformers and during 1960 to
1970, Tabuchi was the market leader for Television application. In
1970, Tabuchi was the leader in VCR application and currently Tabuchi
enjoys the reputation the market leader in Airconditioner reactor
and microwave oven transformers.

| High Frequency transformers are the transformers with amorphous
, ferrite as the core material and widely used in the swich mode
power supplies.
Tabuchi high frequency transformers are the custom transformers
that are designed for custom made power suppies. The design has
two approaches: White box approach = customer specifies the widings,
core and other speicifications. Black box approach: Customer speficifies
only input/output requirement and size.
With these type of design, we produce more than 100,000,000 pcs
of custom high frequency power transformers a year in the application
of game machine, lamp driver, general , and switching power supply
applications.
