The initial phase of development requires about one to six
weeks to furnish first breadboard samples. |

| The samples are prepared per the request of customers ( budget,
leadtime, specifications) . One to Two months are needed to
furnish the initial working samples after the finalization of
design specification.
In order to minimize the design time at the customer site,
Tabuchi funishes the samples as close as the production model
and to do this, Tabuchi works closely with customers as the
member of Concurrent engineering team of the customer.It is
expected that the time between initial samples to the production
release is about four weeks to eight weeks.release

| After the production design is fixed, the submission of production
sample takes place. Here the product is made by the same production
process with the volume production and the same tool, ATE, jigs,
and die are used. |
In Tabuchi's design
center, constant temperature chambers and various other testing
equipment
are installed for the verification of the design integrity.
